Damaged or Incorrect Products

We may request clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

After verification, ITWAYA may provide a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another size, please contact us within the applicable return period.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective or damaged product received from us, ITWAYA will review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.

For other eligible returns, applicable shipping or return charges may be deducted from the refund or may be payable by the customer.
